We've been building two homes a year, but to meet the growing need, we anticipate increasing our capacity to three homes per year. We are currently finishing up houses number 29 & 30 and have just started 31 and 32.

Home Dedication Ceremony
Sunday • June 2 • 3pm  
The final two houses of a four home development. The first two homes were completed in June 2012 and sold to those families—two single mothers and their six children.
 
Directions: Take Hwy 20 West from Corvallis, turn right onto 13th Street in Philomath, turn left onto Pioneer Street, turn right onto 12th Street. The site is on the west side of the street.

PARKING  - Please do not park at Red Hat Construction or to the west of their building by the railroad tracks. Please park along the street OR at the gravel storage lot at 6th and 'D' St.
 
Note: To access the build site, walk down the alley between house numbers 544 and 554 B Ave.
 

Home Repair Initiative—HRI
 
We are now offering home rehabilitation and repair through the HRI program. The HRI program is for low income homeowners who require assistance to maintain their homes.
 
A wide range of projects ranging in value from $500 to $8,000 may qualify.
 
Some examples of the work that can be provided include:  
   • Painting (exterior)
   • Roof repair
   • Lawn care/yard clean up
   • Weatherization
   • Window replacement    
   • Heating/cooling efficiency
   • Insulation
   • Gutter cleaning and repair
