Church Relations Chair: TBA
Recruits representatives to act as liaison with churches; helps maintain speaker bureau; encourages church sponsorship and volunteer partnerships for Habitat homes; works to increase the number of church covenants. We are looking for an individual to restart this committee.
 
Family Selection Chair: Scott McAtee [Email]
Advertises for eligible families; evaluates, interviews, and recommends families to the Board.
 
Family Support Chair: Jason Balderston [Email]
Mentoring for eligible families; works closely with partner families to continue relationship.
 
Finance Chair: Pat Cochran [Email]
Develops budget for approval, develops and reviews financial policies and strategies.
 
Development/Fund Raising Chair: Bettina Schempf [Email]
Organizes fundraising; writes and administers grants; seeks pledges from businesses and service organizations; composes appeal letters.
 
Personnel Chair: Bardon Maginnis [Email]
Develops and maintains personnel policies, including role and job descriptions.
 
Technology Chair: Beau Henry [Email]
Provides technical support and advice; responsible for upkeep of website and email.
 
Site Selection Chair: John Stewart [Email]
Identifies potential sites; evaluates site availability, appropriateness, and suitability for new homes; recommends sites for approval; seeks acquisition of donated land and works closely with construction and site development.
 
Construction Chair: Dave Sanders [Email]
Plans and designs homes; ensures local code compliance; considers needs of the selected families; supervises and organizes construction; works closely with the board, site selection and support committees. Also considers green aspects in the design, materials and construction methods of our homes.
 
ReStore Chair: Brad Smith [Email]
Provides advice to the ReStore management team; considers long term development of ReStore.
 
Hilltop Village Chair: Carolyn Miller [Email]
Develops plans and documentation for the development of this 18 home site; provides engineering and architectural expertise; works with neighbors and other interested parties.
